Inviter is a social platform for discovering, creating, and sharing events with friends. The service includes event creation, friend circles, moments (photos/videos), real-time chat, and cost splitting.

3. Registration and Account

4. User Conduct

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Inviter is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for user-posted content or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify relevant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The forum of the user's domicile is elected to resolve any disputes.
