1. Data Controller

Inviter is the controller of personal data collected through the app and related services, under Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD). DPO contact: privacidade@inviter.app

2. Personal Data Collected

• •Account data: name, email, profile picture (via Google OAuth), username, bio, and language.
• •Device data: unique identifier (UUID), device name, app version, and push notification token.
• •Location data: coordinates and place names associated with events you create.
• •Usage data: screen views, sessions, interactions, platform and app version, linked to your user ID.
• •Social data: friendships, circles, RSVPs, comments, moments (photos/videos), and reactions.
• •Subscription data: purchase token, product ID, and expiration date (via Google Play).
• •Error data: crash reports with stack traces, active screen, and technical context.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

• •Service execution (Art. 7, V): account, event location, and social data for app functionality.
• •Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX): analytics and error reports for service improvement.
• •Consent (Art. 7, I): push notifications and device location collection.

4. Data Sharing

• •Google: OAuth authentication and location services.
• •Google Play: subscription verification.
• •Other users: name, photo, bio, and published content, according to event privacy settings (public, circle, or private).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

• •Account data: retained while the account is active.
• •Analytics and error logs: retained for up to 12 months.
• •Device data: removed after 90 days of inactivity.
• •After account deletion: data removed within 30 days, except where legally required.

6. Your Rights (LGPD Art. 18)

• •Confirm the existence of data processing.
• •Access your personal data.
• •Correct incomplete or outdated data.
• •Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data.
• •Data portability to another provider.
• •Revoke consent at any time.
• •Request account and associated data deletion.

7. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access control, and secure token storage.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify relevant changes through the app or email.
